Mantas

This seven-night route aboard the Horizon III is designed around encounters with manta rays in the Baa Atoll, a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, and includes snorkeling in the bay of Hanifaru, one of the most famous manta aggregation areas in the Maldives.

###

The itinerary links North Malé, the Baa Atoll, North Ari, and South Malé, combining reefs and thilas with the shark action of North Ari, night dives with mantas, and a visit to the wreck of Feshoo. The best season for this route is from June to November, with particularly high chances around the new moon and full moon.

###

Typical visibility ranges from 20 to 40 meters, with gentle to moderate currents making it accessible to divers of different levels. This is an itinerary aimed at those seeking the peak season for mantas.
